By accessing and using the VelvetStays & Script Consulting LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. VelvetStays & Script Consulting LLC provides consulting services including author publishing support, luxury travel planning, AI business consulting, brand and content strategy, resume and LinkedIn profile development, and website copywriting. All services are provided as described in individual service agreements, proposals, or packages.
All fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to the client. Payments are due as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services for overdue accounts. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
All original content created by VelvetStays & Script Consulting LLC on behalf of a client becomes the client's property upon full payment of services rendered. All website content, branding, and materials belonging to VelvetStays & Script Consulting LLC remain our exclusive property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information, business strategies, or project details to third parties without your express written consent, except where required by law.
VelvetStays & Script Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials required to complete services. Delays in client-side responsibilities may result in project timeline adjustments. VelvetStays & Script Consulting LLC is not liable for delays caused by client inaction.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. VelvetStays & Script Consulting LLC reserves the right to terminate services for any client found in violation of these terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
